16th service was the "Cost of the Iraq War", given by our own Bobbie

December 2007
The December 23rd service was on
Christmas. First
Rev. Blair did a gathering, and then did a service on "The Christmas
Story" from two different points of view, those of Matthew and those of

by David Shaman a
philosopher/poet/musician who founded the Nonviolence Initiative. He
has given programs on the empowerment of women and on school bullying,
and is a master of massage and healing. He spoke on ‘ahimsa,’
a Hindu term meaning ‘non harming,’ and the

The
November 25th service was given by Rev. Blair. The talk was

Thanksgiving, what people have to be thankful about, as well as when
the

co-founded Garden State Earth Institute, affiliated with Northwest
Earth Institute, which offers study courses on responsible ecological

Interdependent Web" given
by Rev. Blair concerning our 7th principle. Due to time
constraints, there was no Congregational response, but it was still a

triangular peg in a round hole"
given by Bobbi Prato. This was a very
personal account

service on August 26th was about the sixth UU Principle, "The
goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all".
Rev. Blair
gave a talk about world peace, and different ways it might be achieved.
